I’ve been walking through graveyards
I’ve been counting the headstones
I’ve been thinking bout past lives
Where did they all go
Everyone you love is gonna die (x4)
I’ve been managing to trick myself
But when everything is temporary
And I can’t manage to help myself
Is there someone who can help me?
Everyone you love is gonna die (x4)
You think you’re gonna be the first thing
You think you’re gonna be the last thing
But no one gets to be the first thing
And no one gets to be anything
You think that you’re gonna escape it
You think you’ll never end up in the gravel
You think this time isn’t wasted
But we all end up in the gravel
Everyone you love is gonna die (x4)
The world is pointless
Where do we go from here?
I just wanna disappear
How long will it go on?
No one loves you
With nothing comes everything
You’re gonna die
One day you’ll be in that grave
you eventually fade from memory, just like everything else in this non-dimensional plane of misery. Everything just fades, that's the problem!
And sometimes we manage to trick ourselves that we're important, but really, what is important? Nothing. In the entire existence, in the context of our lives, there is nothing that's really important, don't you understand that?
